Can I change or cancel my order?
We can’t guarantee it, however we ask you to send an email to hello@springerpets.com as soon as possible to cancel, change, or edit your order/address. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot modify the order.

What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return.
Products must be new and unused for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return postage.
We are looking to make things right, please email hello@springerpets.com to initiate a return.
If your order includes any promotional or free items, the retail value of these items will be deducted from your refund amount when processing returns. This ensures you receive fair compensation for the actual items being returned while accounting for any promotional value you've received.

Great question! Dog bottles are top-rack machine washable and collars, leashes, and bags are washable with some dish soap and warm water.
